EMERGENCY SERVICE:
Every effort will be made to treat your dental
emergency that day. If your emergency
occurs after hours, please call the office
and you will be directed as to how you may
reach Dr. Campbell.
PAYMENT AND INSURANCE:
We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard,
Discover, American Express and debit cards.
As a courtesy to our patients, we will submit
your insurance claim to your insurance provider.
Your deductible and co-pay/non-covered
portion will be due at the time of service.
CHILDREN'S APPOINTMENTS:
A parent or legal guardian must be present
during their appointments. Typically, children of
all ages will have a better experience without
a parent present in the treatment room. We will
ask you back to discuss the dental findings and
review the treatment provided at the end of
the appointment. Young children should not be
left unsupervised in the reception room. Finally,
if you expect your child to do well during their
visit, they usually will do just that!
